A rare moment of clarity: history is everywhere around us.

Even in us – we are made of our experiences.

When traveling, there’s not always time to stop, think, and really see what’s around you.

Sometimes, the insights don’t come until afterwards.

Inspired by The Daily Post’s photo challenge themed rare.

The photos are from a recent trip to Italy, all too rare for me these days.

  1. Gorgeous! It’s true, you often don’t have time for the details. Even in your own home town! Although through blogging I have started to notice my surroundings more 😀

  2. Something to always remember…Details and the whole are one. I agree with the fact that blogging makes us more aware of details and – clarity! Lovely post.
