A blossom can do
Endlessly fantastic
Goggling
How?
I just know
Like magical natural objects
Petals queue round,
Sunshine turns UV vibes, X-rays
Yellow, zesty
I was inspired by Manja to write an abecedarian poem, and she was inspired by NaPoWriMo

Eeee, excellent! You did it! I’m so happy that I spurred you on and you followed through too, not just thought about doing it like I often do. 🙂 Maybe next April you can do all 30 of them. 😉
I really like your poem, it flows and flowers naturally and spontaneously. Wonderfully done!

Heheh, thanks! I did another one, backwards and with the letter starting the line, but it wasn’t good and I deleted it at the last minute. I liked the challenge! I’m not really that into writing poetry but sometimes it’s fun to do quirky stuff. Thanks for inspiring me! 🙂 You always do, though!

❤ So great to hear this. Oh, so that's why the pingback leads to the non-existing page, because you deleted the first post.

Ah! You got that pingback! Actually, no. I’ve always had trouble with drafts, especially mobile-made and scheduled ones (I don’t even try to schedule anymore). Sometimes when I post a draft I have edited on many occasions, the date doesn’t update, it shows an old draft’s date. I don’t know why – it doesn’t always happen. But I’ve learned to look out, it’s on my check list of things to do when publishing a post. So now I noticed the date was wrong (meaning it won’t show up in the feeds people read) and that’s why I had to delete it………. 🤪

I know what you mean. I only tried scheduling a very few times and always something was strange or wrong. I’ll leave the pingback there because at least it leads to your blog.

Thanks! Except I apparently dropped out the W at some point! 🧐

Drop the W here, and half the state would cease to exist. It’s in almost everything, but it’s pronounced as a V.

Well, well, I didn’t know you are also a poet!! I loved it! Spring poem, blooming flowers… Is there already some color in Helsinki that inspired you?? Uummm, I don’t think my English is even good enough to find all the words for each letter of the abecedary, but it’s a good creative and linguistic exercise for sure! 🙂

Well I managed to drop out a letter at some point, who cares 🤣 It was a fun mental exercise! As for flowers, getting there… we almost have leaves!

How fun!! I haven’t tried my hand at poetry in quite some time. Love the blooms as well. 🙂
