I enjoy both the views of the scenery and the race itself. I’ll actually be in France this year for the first several weeks of the race, but who wants to take all the time to watch instead of doing other things? And all the commentary for some reason is in French!! 🙂 I may buy the race on discs when I get home and my husband and I can watch every minute!
It’s especially fun to watch if you’ve been there at the same time! 🙂 I knew a girl who did a biking holiday in the French riviera, sounded like so much fun that I always thought I’d like to do that, too
What a nostalgia rush you gave me. I lived in Geneva 1961-64. Such picture perfect scenes were backdrop for many adventures. And seems nothing has changed!
Sigghh..So romantic 🙂 I am sorry if I missed it, but you must create a travel feed in insta !! It will be so helpful for travel inspirations and you can share all your wonderful captures from across the world 🙂 I recently joined, and I am loving it 🙂
Oh I just recently joined, too, but I like Twitter much more and will probably leave Insta… I even deleted the app. I’m there as @ thesnowmeltssomewhere (my whole, looong blog name) since someone else is already using snow somewhere!! But on Twitter I’m Snow Somewhere since my blog name was too long! ☺️
Haha. Is it ? I found it the other way. Twitter is so random. Insta somehow has more audience for travel pics I feel. Though, the primary audience seems to be for fashionistas 😀 I love scrolling through the feed of the travel pros and finding places to visit or to live my life vicariously through them 😉 ( I have followed many in insta) You would be an asset there 🙂
Ooh, thanks for the encouragement and kind words. I’m so happy to have met amazing, friendly people like you though blogging. I still haven’t totally given up on Instagram, ie I still have the account… who knows???

That makes me happy. Just watched today’s stage of the Tour de Suisse and was drooling over the Alps!
